| Develop and deliver a brainstorming video conference, an initial Helpdesk blog use course, and an advanced Helpdesk blog tailoring course. |
- A 4 hour video conference brainstorming Blogs, Wikis, remote desktop management with VNC,
- Select, install, tailor a Blog which can be used by CESA staff to evaluate its use related to Helpdesk functions
- a one day course covering the basic use of the installed blog, and
- Some technical time monitoring the Blog trial and adding comments when asked
- a one day course covering the tailoring of a Blog.

DoIT Provides Help Desk Department Service Program
When I first heard about this "Help Desk" project I checked with DoIT to see what it costs to run Clarify and if multiple help desks could be run cheaply. This stuff is not particularly relevant now.
