Assigned Tasks

• Site map of new site
  • Cid is creating an overview site map
  • I tried to find out what pages link to the current sites (Lira, LTDE, LS) to determine how many URL's we will break
    • Amazingly, DoIT does not offer any website analysis services
      • No Log analysis of path frequency
      • No tools to map an existing site
  • I tried using the ATT Graphviz directed graph tool to do a site map
    • It works well and is simple to use and make changes to
    • Showed it to Cid
• test assumptions made so far
  • Not sure how to do this; but revisit notes after we have a site map
• Obtain from marketing the new templates
  • Cid tried - they are only in illustrator and they didn't want to give them out
• Send Jack's Asset Mgmt URL to Sandee
  • Done - she will look at it when she returns
• Attempt to redesign my Asset Mgmt page for external customers
  • not sure how to do this as I hadn't planned to sell services outside of LS
